We are a very small, one-woman business handling every aspect of operations. 

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS PRODUCED?

All items are handmade to order in our smoke-free, cat friendly home studio.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We do! All items are shipped via USPS, so we are able to ship anywhere they do. Generally, international shipping can vary anywhere from 7-21 days but customs may delay some shipments. Shipping costs may vary based on package weight and destination. 

 

Customers are responsible for any customs fees set by their destination country.

Currently our lead-time is 1-3 weeks, but if you need something sooner, contact us at support@inthenightdesigns.com and we’ll see what we can do!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

 

Apparel: Being handmade, we recommend treating all our items as delicates. To clean, please hand wash and hang dry.

 

Face Masks: Hand wash or machine wash in a mesh laundry bag. Hang dry. Masks can be ironed once dry to reshape, but avoid applying any direct heat to the ear loop elastic.

 

Please avoid excessive bending of the nose bridge, which can cause the metal to weaken or break.

 

Do not bake or microwave your mask.
